THE FAMILY CARE NAVIGATION SESSION

Sometimes You Don't Need Another Guide. You Need Someone Who's Been There — Looking at Your Situation.

45 minutes, one-on-one, with someone who has spent 15 years inside healthcare, hospice and caregiving. You bring your situation. I bring the experience.

You walk away with a clear, written plan for what to do next — and the relief of not carrying the decision alone.

A warm, soft-focus moment of quiet clarity for a caregiver, representing the relief found in the Triage guide.

WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH

You Leave This Call With a Plan — Not Just a Conversation.

This isn't 45 minutes of venting or general advice. It's a working session. Here's exactly what you walk away with:

✓ A clear picture of where your family actually is. Most caregivers are too deep in it to see the whole situation. We name it out loud — what's happening, what stage you're in, and what's coming — so you stop operating in the fog.

✓ Your next 3–5 moves, in priority order. Not a 40-item list that overwhelms you. The specific things to do first — what can't wait, what can, and what you can stop worrying about entirely.

✓ Word-for-word language for the conversations you're dreading. The sibling who won't help. The parent who won't accept care. The doctor who won't slow down. You leave knowing exactly what to say.

✓ Answers to the questions keeping you up at night. Bring your list. The things you've been Googling at 2 a.m., the things you didn't know who to ask. We work through them together.

✓ A written action plan within 24 hours. Everything we cover, in writing — so you're not trying to remember it later. A plan you can follow step by step, and forward to family so everyone is finally on the same page.

✓ Two weeks of follow-up. For 14 days after our call, you have an email window for the questions that surface once you start moving. You're not handed a plan and left alone with it.

You came in carrying it alone and unsure of the next step. You leave with a plan, language for the hard parts, and someone who has been in the room hundreds of times standing in your corner.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Questions About the Session

Taking on a caregiving role can feel overwhelming, and it is completely normal to have questions before diving into a new methodology. We have gathered the most common concerns to give you clarity, reduce anxiety, and help you find peace of mind.

Can we really cover my situation in 45 minutes?

More than you'd think. After you book, I'll send you a short questionnaire about your family and your situation. If you can complete it at least 24 hours before our call — great, I'll already have a feel for where you are and we can go straight to the plan. If life doesn't allow that, no problem at all. We'll do a quick overview at the start of the call instead.

Either way, this is your time. If you mostly need someone to listen, I am more than happy to do that. But I'll be honest with you: the more we stay on topic, the stronger your plan will be when we hang up. I'll help you get there.

I don't know how to explain my family situation — it's complicated.

It always is. Family dynamics are tangled, and they rarely fit into neat sentences. You don't need to have it organized or figured out before we talk — that's literally what the session is for.

This isn't my first rodeo. I have sat with hundreds of families and heard every version of complicated. You explain it however it comes out, and I'll ask the questions that make sense of it. I've got you.

Is this medical, legal, or financial advice?

No. This is navigation and education based on 15 years of professional experience — helping you understand your situation and figure out your next steps. It's a companion to your medical, legal, and financial professionals, not a replacement for them. Where those decisions come up, I'll help you know what to ask and who to ask.

What if I need more than one session?

Many families book a single session and leave with everything they need. If your situation calls for more, you're welcome to book again — but there's no package you're locked into and no pressure. One session, one plan. You decide if you want another.

Can I book before there's a crisis?

Absolutely — and it's one of the smartest things you can do. A session before a crisis means you have a plan ready instead of scrambling to build one in the hardest moment. The earlier we talk, the more options your family has.
